Lizbeth teachings are rooted in tradition and creativity, often non-dogmatic; in her element, Lizbeth is an artist, philosopher, and scholar. Striving to fulfill her passion for spirituality, kinaesthetics, and psychology.

Many years of training in the discipline of holistic health allow her to integrate proven practical techniques, leavened with deeper theoretical insights drawn from her formal Yogic Studies. She is trained in several forms of yogic styles, somatic, mind-body-based techniques, drawn from her academic, clinical, and teaching background. As an adamant student, a practitioner of South and East Asian philosophies, she guides practices based on personal experience on and off the mat. Her sessions are skillfully designed, being at once personally grounding, energetically balanced, and psychologically serene.
