Lizbeth will be teaching meditation and yoga daily centering on the intrinsic connection with inner and outer nature.

We will step ourselves in the rich culture, fascinating artistic traditions, vibrant history, and linguistic variety found in one of the most beautiful places in the Americas. The city of Oaxaca and its surroundings will serve as our living classroom for a 9-day Institute focused on language, culture, and art through a multilingual leadership perspective. As a UNESCO World Heritage site, Oaxaca will deeply affect the way you approach your multilingual students and how you view the cultural and linguistic assets that students bring to their learning. Preliminary Retreat Logistics

An interdisciplinary, intercultural yogic retreat is not your ordinary travel excursion. Especially like this one to Oaxaca, Mexico this October 30th - November 5th, 2023. For the past year my team in Mexico and I have been working on providing an experience of a lifetime alongside local partners and knowledge. We consider traveling not just for leisure but for the purposes of cultural education and somatic embodiment. The local shamans, sound healers, weavers, and indigenous agriculturist along with my expertise as an Integrative MindBody Therapist have crafted a precise and artfully designed retreat where you arrive at the mecca of Mexico's colonial capital: one of the safest and most economically stable regions in the country.
