A private single on-line yoga session guided by Lizbeth via Zoom, Google Video, or Face-Time. After going through a 30-min free online consultation where I learn about any relevant past and/or current medical history, your needs, and goals for practicing. The sessions are customized based information shared, can include but not limited to different types of yoga's, breathing practices, meditation topics, and/or pace of sessions.
