Integrative Mind-body Yoga therapy is a self-empowering mentorship process through the lens of yoga, where the care seeker and the IMB Yoga therapist implement a personalized and evolving protocol. This practice not only addresses post surgery recovery, impediments towards success, but also addresses any illnesses in a multi-dimensional manner. It aims to alleviate suffering in a progressive, non-invasive and complementary manner. Depending upon the nature of the issue and/or illness, IMB therapy can not only be preventative but also serve as a way to manage the illness, or facilitate healing in the person at all levels. For new clients must go through an Integrative Medical assessment consultation. After care seeker completes Integrative Medical package, we follow-up with a 90-min assessment where we review health package, perform and anatomical assessment, and do a practice. Second session and follow-up sessions are customized based information shared and gathered during first consultation. Sessions can include but are not limited to different types of yoga's, breathing practices, meditation topics, writing insight prompts, and/or pace of sessions. This is a private single in-person yoga therapy session for one guest guided by Lizbeth at her studio in West Hollywood, California. Book directly and contact separately to receive a discounted promotion of 10% Off new clients and a 15%, Off a 10-class package deal. Pricing for sessions requested for more than 1-session / per week, please contact Lizbeth directly to discuss schedule and new pricing. Yoga Therapy is suggested 1 - 2 sessions / per week, ultimately the care seeker will become independent to continue sessions on their own.
