This refined combination of arnica extract together with exquisite natural active ingredients, protects skin from external hazards, by soothing and minimizing discomfort caused by bumps and insect bites. DIRECTIONS
 
  • Tiredness, fatigue, weakness: Gently rub Body Balm on nape of the neck, arms, back and legs. Complement with a restoring bath with Mountain Hayflower & Edelweiss Bath Foam or Echinacea & Ginseng Bath Essence. If tiredness and fatigue are due to mental exhaustion, complement with an easy application of Guduchi Revitalizer on temples, nape of the neck, behind the ears and on the wrists to restore your lost energy. As an alternative, massage with a few drops of Rosemary Essential Oil diluted in Sweet Almond Carrier Oil.
  • Bruises: Immediately rub Body Balm directly on the area for comfort.
  • Muscle tension due to lack of or excess physical activity: Blend and rub Body Balm with 3-5 drops of 31 Herbal Oil or an aromatherapy essential oil of your choice. Supplement with a massage with Juniper Cream or Comfrey Creamy Gel to ease tension in the area.
  • Insect bites: Immediately apply Body Balm on the sting. Follow by softly massaging Lavender or Tea Tree Cream or Essential Oil to confort and soothe the area.
